Statement
Nature is not an image, but an essence.

Its inner tensions and deformations — concentrations of force, ready to unfold at any moment, or to break and turn to dust — form the point of departure. Form is secondary. It dissolves in movement, in the white of the paper, in texture. It serves only as a pretext to grasp what matters most — becoming, impulse.

Just as silence allows the soul to recognise itself, the blank page proposes a dialogue. The space of the white sheet expresses freedom of creation. Black ink, in turn, becomes a conductor of energy — a concentration of matter, its deformations, its aspirations. The balance between silence and a restrained word shapes my visual language.

Contemplation is a key — to the surrounding world and to oneself.

My practice lies on the edge between meditative contemplation and the expression of an irrepressible, persistent energy contained within the living.
